At this stage we need to know if you are interested in participating by the 7th October please.
A handling fee of €20 (Cheque made out to AKA) should be sent to Treasurer, Eileen Keane, Roseberry, Newbridge, Co Kildare by the 16th October This will cover invites, publicity, opening night expenses etc.
At this stage 2 pieces will be accommodated, up to a maximum size of 3 x3 ft. Other work may be included at a later date depending on space.
3D work must be secured or insured by the artist. If a plinth is required the artist is to arrange that him/herself.
It is proposed that the show will run for 10 days. Opening evening date has to be finalised. It will probably be the 20th or 21st Nov.
It was decided that in the interest of fairness, everybody participating in the exhibition will help in some way.

Participating members should send invite list to Bríd óg Norrby, Downings, Prosperous, Co Kildare.

There will be a follow-up meeting in Fletchers Pub, Naas next Thursday at 8pm so it is essential that you let me know by the 8th October if you intend to participate.
